Healthy Bread Recipe طريقة عمل الخبزالصحي اللذيذ

Hello everyone! I’ve got a new recipe for a healthy and delicious bread, or crackers if you let them harden, its packed full of goodness and so full of protein and nutrients in every bite...
You will need: 1 cup rolled oats 1 cup mashed chickpeas 1 cup brown flour or rice, almond, coconut flour ½ cup psyllium ¼ cup chia seeds ¼ cup quinoa ½ cup coconut milk, or any milk you prefer 1 Tb honey 1 Tb yeast ¼ cup coconut oil, or any oil you prefer I have added ½ cup extra water, it depends on the consistency of the dough it shouldn’t be very hard or very sticky. 1 Tb onion powder, cumin, oregano, rosemary, moringa powder, garlic powder any of your choice. It can be put in the fridge for a couple of days or in the freezer for a week or two,

جبنا لكم اليوم طريقة لذيذة لعمل خبزصحي لذيذ!
المقادير:
كاس شوفان كاس حُمُّص مهروس كاس دقيق بني ١/٢ كاس جنين القمح ١/٤ كاس حبوب شيا ١/٤ كاس بذور الكتان ١/٤ كاس كينوا
١/٢ كاس حليب جوز الهند ملعقة كبيرة عسل ملعقة كبيرة خميرة ١/٤ كاس زيت جوز الهند
أضفت ١/٤ كاسة ماء زيادة عشان تتماسك.......
ملعقة كبيرة: بودرة بصل ، روزماري ، كمون ، زعتر ، بودرة المورينجا
تعجن وتفرد في صينية وتوضع في الفرن درجة ٣٥٠ لمدة ١/٤ ساعة او اقل حتى تتحمر بشكل خفييييف من تحت.
حابين تضيفوا اي شي لكم الحرية مثل حبوب ، منكهات ، يانسون ، شمر وأي شيء يخطر على بالكم.
توضع في الثلاجة وصالحة لمدة ٣ أسابيع
